How to Access Self-Study Courseware

Within 3 days of purchase, you will receive your certification courseware from ni.learningservices@nokia.com in an email, with the subject line: Nokia Learning Services - Courseware Access Granted.

You can either access your courseware via browser or Adobe with the FileOpen plugin.

Accessing via browser:

1. Click the provided links in the email
2. Enter the provided username and password

Please note that accessing in different browsers will count as separate machines, thereby increasing your machine count. 

Accessing via Adobe:

In order to access your DRM protected courseware in Adobe, you will need to download the FileOpen plugin. The download links are also provided in the "Courseware Access Granted" email.

1. In the FileOpen download site, select the plugin installer relevant to your device
2. From downloads, open the FileOpenInstaller.exe file and follow the prompts to install

3. Open Adobe, then open the courseware PDF

   

4. Upon opening, you will be prompted to authenticate. Enter the username/password from the "Courseware Access Granted" email

   

   You should now be able to access your courseware, however if you experience any difficulties, please consult our DRM Error User Support guide or reach out to us at ni.learningservices@nokia.com for further assistance.
