Accessing courseware via browser

Candidates enrolled in Instructor-led classes or receiving purchased courseware will be provided with a browser link to their courseware materials in their Courseware Access Granted email.

Nokia Employees who download materials from the Employee Courseware Download site will be provided with DRM-protected PDF versions of their courseware. More information on what is available with these DRM-protected documents can be found in the Courseware DRM overview: Access, devices, permissions article.

Candidates can open the courseware link to view in a browser or choose to download the materials from the link and open them using the FileOpen plugin. Details on downloading the required tools are provided in the Courseware Access Granted email that accompanies purchased or received courseware.

Courseware materials opened via browser allow candidates to view their Student Guide and Lab Guide. Additional functions, such as printing and annotations, are not available in the browser version. By downloading the materials and opening them with the FileOpen plugin, the additional functions are enabled.

Please note that opening courseware in numerous browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) will contribute to a DRM account's machine count (which is a maximum of six machines before it must be reset).
