There are several reasons why users may not be able to access their courseware. Below are some frequent errors that are faced, along with steps and responses to guide you with your issue.
Not able to open Courseware
To resolve this issue, please:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet.
- Try closing Adobe Reader and reopening the document.
- If it still does not appear to be working, try re-installing the FileOpen plugin from https://plugin.fileopen.com/all.aspx.
- You can also try redownloading Adobe Acrobat Reader onto your device to make sure you have the latest version from https://get.adobe.com/reader/

"We can't open this file. Something went wrong"
The issue is occurring because the document is being opened directly in a web browser. To solve the matter, please ensure you are opening your documents from Adobe Acrobat Reader application (https://get.adobe.com/reader/) using the FileOpen plugin (https://plugin.fileopen.com/all.aspx).
If you are still unable to open the document, please send an email to ni.learningservices@nokia.com.
"Sorry that username and password combination was invalid. You may try again."
Try to redownload the Adobe Acrobat Reader application (https://get.adobe.com/reader/) and the FileOpen plugin (https://plugin.fileopen.com/all.aspx) to ensure you have the latest version.
Afterwards, try to log in using the credentials sent to you in the "Nokia Learning Services - Courseware Access Granted" email. Make sure that you are not adding a space at the end of either the email or the password.
Please send an email to ni.learningservices@nokia.com if you are still unable to log in.
"Bad credentials"
If you are a Nokia employee, please try to log in using your Nokia CSL credentials (Corporate Short Login). Please note that the Nokia CSL username is different than your Nokia email.
You can find your CSL on White Pages: Nokia White Pages under "Account Name" if you do not remember what your CSL is.

Courseware Download option unavailable - Wanting the updated version of a courseware

Courseware Printing option unavailable
Document printing is enabled for DRM-protected documents while connected to the internet. Please try closing Adobe Reader and reopening the document. If it still does not appear to be working, try re-installing the FileOpen plugin from https://plugin.fileopen.com/all.aspx. You can also try redownloading Adobe Acrobat Reader onto your device to ensure you have the latest version. https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

It may be possible that your account is inactive, in which case a Learning Services member will have to reactivate it.
