If you receive the following error "Document Access Denied. You have already registered your quota of machines", this means that you have reached your limit of the number of unique machines that you are allowed (currently set to six machines).
Sometimes, by uninstalling and re-installing the FileOpen plugin, it will treat your machine as a new instance, thereby utilizing one of your available machine instances.
When your quota of six machines has been reached, please send an email to learning.services@nokia.com to request any machines be removed.
