There could be a couple of reasons where you are seeing the "No permissions were found for this document. please connect to the Internet to get updated permissions" error:
Updated Fileopen Plugin Required
Most often this is caused by an older FileOpen plugin. Try updating your plugin by installing the latest version from: https://plugin.fileopen.com/all.aspx
No Connection To The Internet
If you have updated your FileOpen plugin and are still receiving this error then please ensure you have an active connection to the internet.
In some cases, a corporate firewall/proxy may be preventing you from reaching our permissions server at https://ssl.fileopen.com
There is a known issue where users of Mac laptops that connect to the internet using a Web Proxy may not be able to reach the permissions server. In this case, try connecting directly to the internet without the web proxy.
