If you cannot log into the Student Portal: https://nokia.useclarus.com/, try the following:
- Try to log into the Support Portal at: https://customer.nokia.com/support/s/
- If you can successfully log in, then clear your browser cache and try to log into the Student Portal again
- If you cannot log in:
- Consult if you are trying to access the site from your work network or public network
- If you are trying from a work network, there may be corporate firewalls prohibiting you from accessing the Student Portal. Try again from a public or home network.
- If you are still unable to log into the Student Portal after trying the above steps, email Learning Services at the following address: ni.learningservices@nokia.com. In the email, please include a screen capture of the issue you are experiencing.
- Consult if you are trying to access the site from your work network or public network
