Why can't I select a lab exam date when registering for a lab exam?
Candidates are required to complete the lab exam purchase request first for eligibility requirements.
Once your lab exam purchase request is approved (which may take up to two business days), you will receive an email to schedule your lab exam by selecting one of the available dates.
How can I see the available lab exam dates per location?
You can view the available lab exam dates by location on the lab exam registration tool: https://learningservices.nokia.com/src/xreg/
Once you select the exam you would like to schedule, a drop down menu of locations will appear. You can select each location and view its available exam dates by selecting the calendar icon next to it.
How can I reschedule my lab exam?
You can reschedule your exam by logging in to the exam registration tool at the link below.

Select the “View My Exams” button under the “My Scheduled Lab Exam History” heading. Click the red “Cancel” button. By cancelling your current exam time, an automatic email will be generated and sent to you with a link to reschedule a new date.
