My email has changed. How do I update my account in the Nokia Support Portal?

 

A change of email address will result in a new Student Portal account being created.

If you wish to change your email address:

  1. You need to change the email address associated with your Nokia account, please send an email to portal.support@nokia.com to request the update.
  2. Login to the Student Portal using your new Nokia Account.
  3. Inform learning.services@nokia.com once you have logged in with your new account so that we can merge your old account with your new account.
