My email has changed. How do I update my account in the Nokia Support Portal?


A change of email address will result in a new Student Portal account being created.

If you wish to change your email address:

  1. You need to change the email address associated with your Nokia account, please send an email to to request the update.
  2. Login to the Student Portal using your new Nokia Account.
  3. Inform once you have logged in with your new account so that we can merge your old account with your new account.
