My email has changed. How do I update my account in the Nokia Support Portal?

A change of email address will result in a new Student Portal account being created.

If you wish to change your email address:

1. Follow the steps in this article; section B. Guest Access, to create a new Nokia account with your personal email
2. Log into the Student Portal using the new Nokia credentials
3. Inform us at ni.learningservices@nokia.com so we can merge the old account into the new account
