How do I cancel or reschedule a written exam?

To reschedule or cancel a written exam at Pearson VUE, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Student Portal account.
2. Click the "Exam Registration" menu item. 
3. Select the exam that you would like to reschedule/cancel.
4. Choose the option to reschedule or cancel.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, be sure to do it as soon as possible before your appointment. If you do not reschedule your appointment before the scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit your exam fee.
