If you are logged into your Student Portal account and receive the following error: "Error signing into Pearson: Your access to the Pearson website has been restricted. Please contact the Call Center for assistance," there is a problem with your Pearson account.
You will need to contact Pearson to remove the account restriction. Pearson can be contacted at https://home.pearsonvue.com/nokia/contact.
