If you are logged into your Student Portal account and are attempting to schedule and exam and recieve the following error: "Error signing into Pearson VUE: Your access to the Pearson VUE website has been restricted. Please contact the Call Center for assistance."
Then this indicates there is a problem with your PVUE account. You will need to contact PVUE to remove the account restriction. You can contact PVUE at https://home.pearsonvue.com/nokia/contact.
